1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LevelUp Daily (“the Platform”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LevelUp Daily is a gamified self-improvement platform where users complete daily challenges, earn points, build streaks, and compete on monthly leaderboards. The Platform is operated by LevelUp Daily and is primarily targeted at users in Nigeria and Africa.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) harass or harm other users; (e) use automated tools to manipulate points or leaderboard standings.

5. Points, Rewards & Prizes

Points earned on the Platform have no monetary value except where expressly stated in active prize promotions. Monthly cash prizes are awarded to the top 3 leaderboard positions at the end of each calendar month. Prize eligibility requires a valid account in good standing. LevelUp Daily reserves the right to modify or discontinue prize programmes at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium membership is available at ₦4/month (or equivalent). Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and challenge content, is owned by or licensed to LevelUp Daily. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LevelUp Daily provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
